Equal Radius For Sketch Offset Corners

I'm trying to sketch a series of rectangles with filleted corners _with equal radii_. Unfortunately, when you offset, the radii changes and when you try to dimension the offset rectangle corners, Fusion complains that it would be over-constrained.

Any ideas of how to create concentric filleted rectangles with equal radius angles?

The reason why offset produces different radii for the filleted corners is because that is necessary to maintain the "constant distance" necessary for a true offset.  So, if you really want an offset that has the same radii as the source, I would just do that by constructing it.  Here is a screencast:

Thanks! Just what I needed. It would be great to have this as an option during offset, but I understand it might be an edge case. For reference, I was creating an end-cap that would slip over the end of an extruded rectangular shell, and needed to make a piece that would fit the inside and the outside of the shell, hence multiple offsets. Thanks!
