Engraving Path from SVG File

Hey there, I'm trying to insert a SVG file (consisting of a bunch of stylized gears) so I can trace the outlines of the gears for engraving a phone-case. But somehow I can't get the SVG importet, whatever I try. I would really appreciate if anyone could check wether or not it's a fault of the svg and if yes, if anyone could tell me what's the bother.

Hi Essoxs,

I opened the svg file in Notepad. It seems the gears are embedded image instead of curves. At present, Fusion doesn’t read the image information.

For image file, we may use "Attached Canvas" to place an image to a plane, scale it then use it as a reference, such as trace the outline. Another workaround could be, checking the source file from which the SVG file gets exported and seeing if it's possible to convert/trace the image into curves/vector.
