I will be darned if I can find the emboss feature in fusion 360. Is it not a possiblity right now??

There is no emboss command as yet. Depending on what you want to accomplish you may be able to use the extrude and boolean operations to get there.  If you want to do text or logos there is the ability to import SVG vector files which can be used as a basis for creating solids.  This is a feature that we are told is being worked on- you can add kudos to ideas in the idea station to help promote them.  http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Request-a-Feature-Fusion-360/Emboss-Soft-Select-amp-Painted-Displaceme...
