Editing one mesh body causing other mesh bodies to disappear from browser(more)?

I'm working on a cosplay game prop. In this process, I usually work in mesh environment with the 3d game file, separating out one mesh body into many mesh bodies then I turn off capture history, convert to brp, patch and turn the mesh bodies into solid bodies for cnc work or for 3d printing.

Now, after I separate mesh bodies and move/copy them into into the part component, many of the mesh bodies are not showing option to edit. Some of them mesh bodies that I created before the most recent fusion360 update are still saying I can edit them but when I edit one of those to enter the mesh environment... the other mesh bodies disappear from browser entirely.

Further, when I go to not capturing design history, those bodies which cannot be edited also lack the option to convert to BREP.

Closing and restarting the file doesn't seem to fix this issue. It has persisted...

Did I accidentally hit some feature that makes mesh work differently or is this some feature in the newest build that I missed? Or is it a bug?

If you are in history mode, each mesh is a separate feature.  When you edit one of the mesh features, all mesh features after that are "rolled back", so you cannot see them.  One you exit mesh edit mode, you will again see the later mesh features and their bodies.  That may be part of what you are seeing.

If you post a screencast of your experience, we can more easily determine what you are experiencing and guide you how to work better with Fusion.

No, this is not a bug.

In timeline mode T-Splines will automatically converted into BRep when you click on "Finish form".

When in direct modeling mode you have to manually convert the T-Splines into BRep.
