hi I have a 2d drawing, I'm now here, and cant figure how to change a number posted to the side with the line.  ?

Is the number you want to change a dimension? What do you want to  change, the number of significant figures, or something else?

Double click the dimension number.

And to be honest while I like to help it seems you have not read any manual or watched any beginner tutorial

which you should do to because such basic concepts like in your question are well explained in the manual.
