Google translate thinks you want to remove all of the holes in the component.  Here's a video that shows one way of doing it.

 

 

If you just want to remove the text, then just delete those sketch lines and curves before doing the extrusion.

You select all faces inside the cut out and Hit delete

Here is another way to do it, I have gone slower this time, When I swing the view over and de select the bits that are blue I hold down ctrl to do it then hit delete.
