So I've been having this issue that started yesterday. I created a file with splines, lines, circles, all that ****. Exported to DXF like I normally do and when I open it up in Illustrator it shows up as a little black line. If I open it up in Cut 2D Pro then it shows up as scribble and spirals. I've spent the last day editing the file little by little and cant come up with jack dick on how to fix it. Sometimes it works in one place, sometimes it works in another, but it wont work consistently across both platforms, and I know Cut2D and Illustrator isn't the issue because all my older files work fine. I even removed all the splines and replaced them by creating an offset, and moving the offset back to where the original spline was. I added the file here, and in the mean time I'll go try redoing the file from scratch. Hopefully I don't get it in the ****ing dick.

I recommend you to import it as DXF from the right-click menu as shown in the image. In addition, 2D drawing programs usually give priority to the TOP plane. Your drawings probably open in the TOP plane. Since you are drawing in the FRONT, it may look like a single line. In the image, you can see the DXF file I opened via AutoCAD, and I also left this file.
