Duplicating a sketch on a plane around an axis

Hello, I have a body, imagine a very thin cylinder, and I want to extrude strips from it all around, easiest to show you an example:

So the circle here would be the body, and the thin rectangle a sketch of the area I want to extrude from the body, however I want it to go all around sort of like this:

Is there a way to duplicate and rotate a single sketch in this fashion? I could do it manually but I will most likely need to redo it with varying widths and lengths so it would take forever. Thank you

Use Sketch > Pattern > Circular pattern, to "copy" the rectangle around the centre of the circle, no need to make more sketches

but recommended practise is to extrude the first leg, on the cylinder, then

Create > Pattern > Circular Pattern - solid bodies

Fusion balks at complicated sketches, yours would not be complicated, but bodies are more efficient.
