This is more of a suggestion (but still a plea for help) I'm throwing into the wind hoping it gets noticed as I've seen other forums dated all the way back to 2015 asking for similar or the same [1 2 3 4...]. My small company just decided to go with Fusion 360 for our business needs. It manages to provide almost everything we need, except for one little thing which is kind of bothersome to do - global options for dual dimensions!!
Over the next few weeks/months I have to create 400+ drawings for our products. It's really unfortunate that this program doesn't already have this option despite its inclusion in both Inventor and AutoCAD, so I'm going to have to manually change every dimension.
Further, it seems there isn't an option to "stack" dual dimensions - why!? This seems like a simple change to make, and would save a lot of time from making formatting adjustments. Throw in some tolerances along with dual dimensions, and these dimension lines get really big! Here's an example of what would be awesome, and an example of what I'm currently dealing with, respectively:
Has anyone found any work-arounds for this until it's an actual option, or am I doomed to stare down major tedium and reformatting for the next few months? Also -- any idea on how to rid of the "mm" in the alternate dims? Thanks and cheers.
