If you Export from your Fusion Web Database using the 2D Drawing as you pick, it will export the Model and the related, attached, drawing, as an F3Z file. This file will not be much use, outside of Fusion as it must be uploaded to the Cloud to be opened. You of course can send it to someone else and they can upload it.
