Drawing reference is unknown and out of date

I have a drawing file with a bunch of components - 2 pages per component (1 x sheet metal flat pattern, 1 x folded model).

A total of around 140-odd pages in the drawing file.

Somewhere, somehow, the drawing file has picked up references to two "versions" of same f3d model.

Say ... "Model_File.v88" and "Model_File.v74".  Fusion tells me that v74 is out of date - and I should "Get Latest"  - which I do.  But moments later - the reference to v74 returns.

Any ideas how to find the connection to v74 ?

I am able to reproduce this issue at my end as well, I did investigate but I did not find anything , I have reported this as defect (FUS-210557), I will have to check with team on this and get back to you soon on this,
