Hi mufadal89,

This is a limitation currently, depending on where you place the dimension, especially when dealing with a small radius, you get this extension arc.  We have  a task on our To Do list to handle this better.  Short of using an actual Leader (which isn't a good solution because the value won't update if the geometry does) f you place the dimension to the outside of the radius, you'll get what you show in the image.  There is not an individual setting to switch the dimension styles to adjust this.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi @mufadal89, thanks for all your feedback on the Drawings workspace - we really appreciate it. As @cmiller66 mentioned, this is an item on our to-do-list (Roadmap).

To see an overview of all of the work we have prioritized to do in the Drawings workspace, and to see a status of them, you might find our Drawings Roadmap Mural helpful - you can find it here: http://mur.al/bW6QNqDW

Best,

Timera

Hi there,

You say that "if you place the dimension to the outside of the radius, you'll get what you show in the image." However, I am not experiencing that, per the attached image:

I would also like the style of dimension that mufadal89 wanted, but regardless of where I put the dimension I never seem to have that option.

Thank you,

Zack

It appears that Fusions 360 currently only allows for this type of leader style when dimensioning in ASME. If you are dimensioning in ISO you can't do it.
