drawing double radius

I am trying to model a touch panel from a set of prints.  I am good with 99% of the design except one aspect.  The device is basically a rectangle with holes for the push buttons.  Several of the corners are radiused/fileted.  All of this is basic and straight forward, however, the sides and tops of the rectangle are radiused as well.  For the life of be I can not figure out how to add this radius.  The corners are radius at R13.50.  The top and sides have a radius of R221.10.  Any nudge in the correct direction will be greatly appreciated.

Please attach your model.  It is rather hard to try and "show" you what to do without it.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

Think you need another dimension, can't see a width for the part. Also please don't attach pictures it's a lot easier to help if you embed them using the Insert Photo option from the toolbar.

In the screencast below I just use 55 as a guess. File's attached.

Thanks for the response Mike.  With all due respect, I am not concerned with the thickness of the part.  I apologize if I mislead you to think that I was wanting the whole part modeled.  The only thing that I can not seem to figure out is how to add both the R13.5 to the corners of the model and the R221.1 to the sides and top.  The thickness is 18mm by the way.

@Anonymous  I asked about the width not the thickness the height for the drawing looks like it's 75mm but there's no width. Did you watch the screencast in my message?

Should add a simple way to create this as long as it doesn't have draft angles is to keep the corners sharp in the sketch then fillet the extrusion. Keeping the sketch simple will help with performance in bigger assemblies. File's attached.

Careful, looks like you misread the drawing. The bottom radius is 122.88.
