Truly, Does this issue not ring continually in the dev's of Fusion 360? The performance is absolutely horrendous. My system is not the issue. I have an x570, 5800x, 3090w/25gb, an independent 1TB SSD pciex4 for fusion, and g.skill trident z 3600 c16 ram. I can have blender doing 2 seperate clients doing multiple process and it doesnt stall like fusion, Ive been using fusion for nearly 7 years. And this has plagued me since the first 5 months. When will autodesk optimize this nearly unuseable software. I feel I have entirely wasted thousands of hours and dollars on learning this software. and now all i feel is I am using software from windows 98 and simply converting a mesh to a solid takes me 15+ minutes...now try and attempt to split that body........My cpu is not being properly utilized. Multithreading is of no use. My GPU sits idle. Autodesk.....You need to step up before more like me step out entirely. Goodbye Fusion, Hello Anything else.
The forums are littered with plenty of people with the same emotions as I do regarding this program. And I see them get battered in the responses Im sorry but you all know what I am talking about and you all know this is an issue. Like I said. Goodbye Fusion.

Can you elaborate on what the purpose of your rant is?

If you encounter problems with your models, please start a new thread, share the model, and perhaps create a screencast.

The purpose is to Hopefully enable some more inquisition into the absolutely Horrific performance by Fusion. it is no secret that the performance is atrocious. It is not on a model-to-model basis, It is All models. It is most notable for me when dealing with stl/3mf/and most importantly f3d files. Two years ago these issues were few and far between and I can easily toss them up to Ignorance in the workflow.  But as of late, it is nearly comical to attempt detailed work. Cadsketch for blender for now , and Like I stated, typical to be  met with controversial, and or condescending attitudes .

It would be a secret to me. As it pertains to my work, performance has improved in many areas.

I often work with very large assemblies (10,000+ components) and in that area performance has improved significantly

Obviously, without having any insights into what work you do with Fusion it is hard to pinpoint and address performance problems.  I don't know why asking you to share more details in a different, dedicated  thread would be condescending or controversial.

If you cannot provide such details, then I am afraid there isn't much we can do.

I sympathize very much with performance troubles. However, the Fusion team already dedicates a lot of effort to improving performance.  At least in the areas I monitor (which is just my small corner), I have seen significant improvements in Fusion performance over the last few years.

Unfortunately, a rant like the one above doesn't help us improve the performance you need. It could be that you need a different workflow (and perhaps we could have detected that and warned you), or it could be that we need to improve something in the workflow you're using. I have no idea. Unless we have the specifics of your workflow (particularly the model and exact tools that you're using), it's very difficult for us to diagnose the situation.

Can you upload just one file that you need assistance with or scrutiny of? ...and a brief note as to the desired outcome(s) and perhaps your expectation regarding speed and stability.
