Does Fusion 360 have a"Follow me" feature?

I've been trying to convince my dad to switch to Fusion 360 from Sketchup so we can share our projects with each other.  He does wood working projects, and uses a feature in Sketchup called follow me to create decorative trim on his assembled projects.  All he has to do is draw the shape of the trim, and then he can click on the corner of every component that he wants that design on and it will automatically "follow" the path that he chose.  Does Fusion have a feature similar to this?

I believe you're looking for the Sweep command. See below for more:

Hope that helps.

Thanks,

@innovatenate  thanks for the GIF showing the sweep used to make a molding profile on the outer edges of what may be a wooden table top. I needed this visual reminder since I have had some frustration performing a similar sweep.

I sketched my profile on the outer face of the table and tried the sweep but Fusion360 only allowed me to select one edge for the path (perpendicular to the profile). I could not select any other edges around the table top to complete the sweep. The key takeaway from your short demo is the profile was drawn on an offset construction plane inside the table top. Then when Sweep is performed and the profile is selected it will allow selection of all the other edges.

As a SketchUp Pro user, to achieve the same operation in SketchUp, I just draw the profile on the edge of the table, click the table top to select the path, select the Followme tool, select the profile and it sweeps the profile around the table top. Unless I missed something with Fusion and the need for the offset construction plane, I would give SketchUp "the edge" for ease of use on this similar feature.

Looks like the cmd key (Mac) / ctrl (Windows) resolves this problem with edge selection and a profile on the outside face.
