Does Education License Include shape optimization?

I recently got my educational license approved. I was under the impression the education license came with unlimited cloud credits but at a lower priority. This is the case in some youtubers video's such as "Thomas Sanladerer". Whenever I try to solve my shape optimization simulation, it says I don't have enough cloud credits. What is the deal with simulations for educational license?

As @SaeedHamza mentioned, please make sure you are using the Education Account for cloud credits and not any other account.
