Documents not available with basic access

Hi,

In Fusion program when I try to archive my files, nothing happens when I Right click the folders or documents.

Online at my file storage page (Fusion team account) it says it Not available basic access when I right click on the file tag.

I have seen youtube videos that you can have 10 documents active and more archived.

When the change where made I did have more than 10 documents active but how can I get the files archived now so I can continue work?

I kindly ask if it is possible for autodesk fusion team to archive all my files?

Then I can go delete or activate the dokuments I need to use? Just so I can continue work.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

I believe you are seeing Basic Access, because you do not currently have an active entitlement to use Fusion 360. You would likely see "Expired" when launching Fusion 360. Is this the case?

To lift Basic Access, you will need to:

Let me know if you have any further questions. From the sounds of it - you likely want the personal use licene, and can sign up using the hyperlink above.
