Do suppressed features get computed?

Hello, I am working on a design file that has many features suppressed. I assumed that the suppressed features will not contribute to the time to compute. Is that true?

I personally don't use suppressed features often and then not to a degree where it would make any perceivable performance difference.

However, I do think that the whole point of suppressing a feature is to significantly reduce computational resources, particularly memory, but also compute time.

@jeff_strater would you have any feedback on this?

yes, that is correct.  Suppressed features' computes are completely bypassed.  So, yes, if you suppress, say, a complex fillet, you should expect to see compute times that are reduced.
