Hi All
I am slowly working on a panel router design for my woodshop. I`m hoping someone else may be interested
in participating in the design. Since I`m not concerned regarding intellectual property rights the part files are available.
I am a woodworker but not an engineer so any input regarding loads and design ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I was going to design the machine with steel as I have in the past with my CNC router and planer. But for this project
80 percent of the machine will be made from baltic birch plywood. Here is a link to other machines I have built.:

I have found a few parts and have purchased them from eBay. A 60-inch THK linear motion assembly. I believe it to
be the largest version THK sells. The rail is approximately 1.5 x 1.5.
Here is a machine that represents what I am attempting to design.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcr2SDUKRxk
I am new to Fusion so I am certain you will see poor design work. Any tips are welcomed.
