Display Settings popup does not show up

When I click the down arrow on the "Display Settings" or "Grid and Snaps" button at the bottom of the screen no pop shows. It does show up for "Fit" and "Viewport" down arrows however. I use to be able to change the model display to non shaded with hidden lines thru the Display Settings pop up

I am curious, do the keyboard Control Keys shortcuts for the Visual Styles work.  They are shown below.  If they do not, I would say it is time for a Clean Uninstall and Reinstall of Fusion 360.  There is a Manual Clean Uninstall if you prefer it, I do.
