how can solve this discontinuity problem 

it is a very bad area,  because I haen't a tangensy surface

the transition is too "dry"

as you can adjust the transition from edge  so soft

for example, in software like IMA  is possible to change strain in the point

Glad that helped.  The only way to get a more natural fall of in SubD modeling that I have seen is using weighted edges/verts.  We have it in our backlog but I don't know at this point when it will show up in the product.
