discarded toolpaths

Having trouble with discarded tool paths with the attached file.  The "D" seems to be missed on the simulate, even tho it is selected in the geometry section. 

I cannot find any thing wrong, I am fairly new to this forum.

I have attached your model with I think is a correct toolpath.  Please note in the screen capture below you have a defect in the sketch path of the "D" I think you will want to correct.

Edit: Attached file was replaced, you had missed a section of your art.

Thanks John.  Didn't realize those parameters were the cause of the problem.  I did correct the loop on the "D".
