Dimensioning Drawings to Design

HI, I've created a part in Design mode and later created a dimensioned drawing from that part. Is there a way to insert that dimensioned drawing into the design as a canvas?

Not sure why you would want to do this, but -

simply screen capture image and place on canvas.
