Dimension Styles?

I want to change the format of dimensions in my drawing from "inches" to "feet + inches + fractional-inches."

I thought I saw someplace that you could right click on a dimension and select New Dimension Style.

But no such selection shows up for me.

Surely there is a way to put drawing dimensions in a format other than the "in" or "mm" and "decimal" or "fractional" that are offered in the Document Settings dialog.

What am I missing?

Thanks.

You are not missing anything.  Feet and Inches is not an available format yet.

Hi @keithd ,

We are not supporting such formats at present. But we are currently working on a project to support more dimension units and the formats. We are pretty close to completion of this project. This should be available soon.

Thanks,

The drawings roadmap is always a good place to check what features they are currently working on or have lined up as future projects. You can also look back through the completed projects from previous years that might shed light on something you missed from the update blogs and is now available.

Hi @keithd , The support for more units (ft, m, cm) along with different formats (Architecture, Engineering) is now available in Fusion Drawings.

Please check the What's New blog for recent update. https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/blog/september-2021-product-update-whats-new/#Drawing
