Difficulty projecting lines onto curved surface

I'm having difficulties projecting a sketch "along vector" onto a curved surface. Example:

[Beyondforce]

Have you tried to place the sketch in the middle of the body?

You need to tell Fusion which Vector,  Selecting use Vector adds a selection box in the dialogue box

Near the end of your video, Fusion was still waiting....

Works when you select the (Origin's) axis you wish to use.

Didn't check the difference between the two modes...
