Different windows when copying files or moving files around

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is a reason why there are 2 different destination selection windows that can pop-up when either copy or move files is used.

The first one (which seems to appear more frequently) has nice wide columns. The second has very narrow columns, which makes differentiating between similar long folder or file names very difficult.

Regards,

Brett Clausen

Hi Guenther,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have attached a couple of screen grabs.

I had a thought after I posted the message above, and checked the columns in the second (narrow column window) and they can be stretched wider.

HOWEVER, the next time it happens the columns are the same - narrow. So, adjust the column width then continue and, if the problem re-occurs, adjust the column width AGAIN and continue. Etc, Etc, Ad Infinitum.

I realise this is not all that important in the scheme of things, but it does break the chain of thought when copying or moving files.

Regards,
