Different sizes of one part?

Is it possible to create similar parts in many sizes? I'm creating a modular system which would have parts which are otherwise the same but their dimensions will be different.

I have background in Solidworks and there I would just make configurations with different dimensions but it doesn't seem to be possible in Fusion 360. I know that I could just copy the part and alter the dimensions but if I wanted to change the design I'd have to make it manually to every version.

So, is there a way to have different sized versions of a part without having discrete files?

@oaklander,

One way to do this would be to use a parameter and have a different dimension for each part.  You could set a different length for each extrusion or a different diameter for each hose.  I have used the parameters to set hose sizes in one of my designs.  Click Modify/Change Parameters to access this menu.  Then set the values you want.  Once you create an extrusion, hose, etc, you can use the variable you created for the value in question.
