I am having a problem with threads disapearing and reappering in thread holes.
The hole in the lower right hand corner should be tapped. sometimes it is other times one or two of the other taped hole the threads disapear. This started after the Jan23 update

Or please describe the detail steps how you create these thread/hole(is the holes patterned? or mirrored?)

Hi Jim,
This issue is caused by a known bug about hole feature(Jan23 update bring in this bug). Hole features that created by "From Sketch(Multi holes)" will get assoiation problem. We have a fix in next update(Feb update). But the fix cannot recover hole features that created by Jan23 update, so we recommend user to recreate these holes by other approach. For this model, we can use Rectangle-Pattern to create 2x3 holes:
Then you can add thread onto the hole faces, you will found the thread feature display stably.
