Designing Mirror Cover

I am fairly new to fusion 360 (have some experience with Solidworks) and am looking to design a mirror cover for a Mercedes G-Wagon. I have the part in hand and essentially need to replicate it in Fusion 360. The part needs to be the exact same as the original piece and I've found it very difficult to take measurements off of it as the cover itself has hardly any flat surfaces. Is this only feasible with a 3D scanner or is there some method of measuring that I am overlooking? I've attached some pictures of the mirror cover, thanks in advanced!

Hi,

Take photos from different views and place them as canvas in the Fusion construction layer.
Then calibrate these canvases according to a prominent dimension of the real OBJECT.
Contours for later use as in extrusion or loft tools are created by tracing the "images".

Take a look at some tutorials for this process.

How many technical surfacing projects have you completed in Fusion 360 ?

If this is your first Fusion 360 project, you'll have to lower your expectations substantially.
