Designing an Airstream Camper, Difficulty creating an accurate representation of the aluminum exterior skin

Hi Everyone, I am in the middle of designing an airstream trailer shell. After completing the exterior skin I plan on designing the interior.

I am Stumped on the best method to create the front and back exterior skin sections. Attached are screenshots of where I've left off. I have tried to use the sweep command. Using the interior rib as my path and the .10" body that represents the aluminum skin as the profile. The command does not allow me to create a closed body. Are there any more approaches to close the open profile that I am missing? Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

A simple sweep in the Surface workspace seems to work.  It looks like the rib is poorly formed, so fixing that may make for a better sweep.

You could split this sweep in the middle, then mirror the good half, but it would be better to fix the rib profile first.
