Designing a simple lid and hole for a piggy bank

Hello guys,

I am a Fusion 360 beginner, I would like to model a custom Piggy Bank to 3D print. I have done some research and found a nice hole plug/cap with turn and open technique. But I am not sure how to do it. Could anyone please help me out on how to model it in the Fusion 360? I have attached a snap of the said cap and hole. Thank you so much in advance,

I used one sketch; you can figure what sizes you need.

Use Edit Feature to see the settings for individual Extrudes to build it.

No allowance for clearances.
