Design won't fillet right

Hi All, Im looking for some help. I'm very very new to this so i sure im doing something wrong

What it is i cant seem to get one of the edges of a Bow grip i have desinged to fillet. Every time I do so i get a error saying i cant. However i was able to get the fillet to work on the other side 

I really need this part of the grip to  be as round as possiable as this whare it fits in to the hand around the thumb 

I also can't get this edge with the arrow to fillet either to match the opposite side

I have attached my file. Please can i ask any of you to try and fix it for me.

I would honestly start this from scratch! A few more pictures of the handle from different angles would help.

Then, I can show you how to model this with a much simpler approach!
