Design not yet available

A design has been stuck in "Design not yet available" for hours. How do you fix this?

See screen shot.

@tookemtoni @This message shows up when an intermittent network issue happens.

Can you put Fusion in offline mode, open this file again , make a small change. Save it. Now go back online. Does that help?

Hi @RajkumarIlanchelian

I like that concept but it didn't work. The file wasn't available offline.  See demo video.

@tookemtoni Pardon my late engagement but has this problem been resolved? If not can you do a couple of things for me please?

Collect logs:

1. Go into Fusion help - Support and diagnostics - Service utility - Gather system info - generates two zip files - attach Fusiondiagnosticslogs. zip

2. Do you work on multiple computers or do you work in multiple locations with different networks?

3. When it gives you the opportunity to open the previous version does that open?

@RajkumarIlanchelian No worries. I am 99% sure I did not let it save completely on a second computer.  But in the meanwhile since the latest version was not important. I simply opened a previous version and saved it as latest. That was the solution for me.

I should have googled " fusion Design not yet available" and got this great article. 👌
