Design Help - What's the best way to create this?

I've been trying to figure out the best way to create this Chair rail cap in Fusion 360 so I can 3D print a copy.

What's the best way to go about creating this odd shape. I have figured out a few ways but they are very long and probably way more difficult that they need to be.

Id start with a Sketch of a Hexagon and trace from a Canvas to create 1/8th
