Hi, I submitted my design for the Design For Autodesk program on the 21st of February this year. Exactly two months later (21st April) (already double the 4 week review process), I received an email that my submission has been approved for a reward (European Payment). The same email asked me to email an invoice to Adwork to receive my reward. I was told the payment will be processed within 4 weeks of sending the invoice (which I sent the same day). 5 weeks later, and ever since then I have been emailing Adwork and design4autodesk regularly and I haven't received a single response.
I'm now wondering if I am every going to receive the 250 euros.
I understand that the autodesk team is slammed with submissions, but my design is already approved, I have emailed the invoice as was asked but to no avail.
Can somebody help?
