Hello

I am writing to enquire about reward for submitted and approved project. I completed and submitted my project on 10th of February. To this day I didn't get any response on my email from Autodesk but on the challenge's website I have this answer: "Multi Purpose Training Bench is Approved - Europe Payment". Would you please tell me what I should to do? Thanks you in advance.

I also have the same problem. I checked my Autodesk Design Academy account and I saw that my project is approved, but I haven't receive any message confirming that. Please check my project.

Hi @Anonymous and @Anonymous, sorry for the confusion. If you see that your project has been approved on Autodesk Design Academy, but never received an email, please check your Junk folder. Sometimes the emails are mistakenly marked as such. Also, please add design4autodesk@autodesk.com to your "safe sender" list. 

I am unable to check on your particular case without having your email address that was used to submit, but if you send an email to design4autodesk@autodesk.com and reference this thread I will resend your approval emails to make sure you receive them.

Hey. Same problem as above, so I won't create a new thread sent the project by 11th April 2016 and it still says "it's submitted" . It has been even featured in the design gallery, which is great btw (^w^) . However, after 4 weeks I haven't received any news from it. It's everything okay? should I change smth? 😄

I submitted my project back in February and received notification my project was approved on April 1st. I have yet to receive payment. I've emailed design4autodesk@autodesk.com countless times and only received one response. That was 5 weeks ago saying to expect payment in 2-3 weeks. Still nothing. Any help with my issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in.  We've processed your payment and you should have received an email from design4autodesk@autodesk.com as well as from Giftbit explaining how to claim your $250.  Please don't delete the Giftbit email, and if you haven't received it please check your spam folder.  Sorry if this is redundant again.

I am from Poland, I sent my project about 5 weeks ago, it was said that it takes up to 4 weeks to review project. I am writing because I saw that people from Europe has similar problems. I posted my project at 21 May 2016, and it was approved 23 June 2016, with this email (watch the screen), but I haven't received any other mail yet. How long I have to wait or you will not answer more? Thank you.
