Hello

I am writing to enquire about reward for submitted and approved project. I completed and submitted my project on 10th of February. To this day I didn't get any response on my email from Autodesk but on the challenge's website I have this answer: "Multi Purpose Training Bench is Approved - Europe Payment". Would you please tell me what I should to do? Thanks you in advance.

@Anonymous - You should be hearing from Torie who is part of the Education team, hopefully this morning.  As James said, that email alias is the best place to reach out, but there was a technical issue that may have created quite a backlog of emails into the team.

Hi all,

Most of the European D4A projects are currently listed as 'submitted' but have not yet been reviewed/accepted. There is currently a backlog of D4A projects to be reviewed, but it should hopefully be cleared up relatively soon. Please reach out with additional questions.

I also have the same problem. At my Autodesk Design Academy account I saw that my project is approved, but I have not got any message confirming that. I have already wrote to design4autodesk@autodesk.com but I have not got any response yet. Could you check my project please?

Me too.
More than 5 weeks after submittion few emails sent  and unfortunately no response form design4autodesk@autodesk.com  😞
Fingers crossed it will be fixed soon.

@Anonymous Are you also in Europe?  As Jeff mentioned earlier in the thread, there is a backlog that the team is currently processing and will reach out once caught up.
