Design For Autodesk - Communication problem

Hi there!

I have taken part in Design For Autodesk challenge.  I have done my project within given time and submitted it at my profile in academy.autodesk.com as it is recommended. At my profile it is said that my project is submitted. Unfortunately i didn't  get any email feedback that you recived my submittion.  After 7 weeks  and couple emails send  i still didnt hear from you. I am not sure what should i do now. Maybe my email provider is a problem and i should try another one.

Hi Marta,

 

Do you happen to be a European student? Most of the European D4A projects are currently listed as 'submitted' but have not yet been reviewed/accepted. There is currently a backlog of D4A projects to be reviewed, but it should hopefully be cleared up relatively soon. There is nothing wrong on your end! Please reach out with additional questions.

Good morning,
I've got the same problem as the rest of users, I'm from Poland, my project was submited about two months ago, and since then i wouldn't recived any message, the same for answer to my emails sended to design4autodesk. I read posts about problems in autodesk, but they were sended about month ago. I don't know where I could wrote to get some information soo i decided to make post here. In the meantime i saw that the rules of project where changed, is that the reason that the autodesk did not respond to my messages?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for your patience! You should be receiving an email regarding your project status momentarily. As for your question regarding the change in project requirements, those changes only apply to participants who submit after the date of the change. Your model will be evaluated based on the criteria that were posted at the time of your submission.

It has been four months since I submitted my project (13th March 2016) . How long do I have to wait for a review?

Hello,

 

I did post this in another thread, but I am posting here to be safe as well. I submitted my project back in February and received notification my project was approved on April 1st. The project is listed as approved in my profile. I have yet to receive payment. I've emailed design4autodesk@autodesk.com countless times and only received one response. That was 5 weeks ago saying to expect payment in 2-3 weeks. Still nothing. Any help with my issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in.  We've processed your payment and you should have received an email from design4autodesk@autodesk.com as well as from Giftbit explaining how to claim your $250.  Please don't delete the Giftbit email, and if you haven't received it please check your spam folder.  Sorry if this is redundant.

Hi, I face the same problem as Calvin. My project was approved for Europe payment on April 21st and I was asked to send an invoice to Adworks and I did that the next day. I haven't had any response from them and I also haven't been receiving any responses from design4autodesk@autodesk.com as well. Could you help?
