Fusion stopped working on one of our work computers. So we had to do a clean uninstall/reinstall. After doing this Fusion started to boot up but now the data panel will not load and shows an indefinate loading icon.
To see if data would save I tried to save a simple model and an error message came up saying "Fusion is Sycronizing data please wait". It has been 15 minutes and the Panel is still loading. I have never run into this issue and am wondering if I should be patient or if there is a another tactic I can try to get us back online?

These symptoms usually indicate that a proxy server or similar system is blocking access to some Autodesk servers. (I also see this if I'm connecting through hotel or airport wi-fi and haven't gone through their sign-in process yet).
Could you check your Preferences, specifically the Network section, to confirm proxy server settings. If they look correct, please collect some diagnostic logs and either attach here or forward to me at matt.pooley@autodesk.com.
