Cutting along path in Assembly?

So I have a part in my Assembly and its all put together. When I move my assembly pieces around I noticed there is a pin that is cutting/dragging into my other components. Is there a way to have Fusion "cut along the path" so to speak? Or do I have to just go frame by frame and modify the components so the pin has a place to go? The path is an off kilter rotation so having to go frame by frame is proving very time consuming.

Can you attach a video of what you are seeing?  Better yet, maybe attach the assembly.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Here is the example I just made. Basically the pin is along the path of rotation and I'm looking for a way to cut a notch along the path without having to do to much editing and moving around. I'm also pretty new to CAD design so any pointers are appreciated.

Fusion 360 does not have the ability to use a body to dynamically cut another but your example is easily solved using a Revolve cut.  Model is attached.  To bad the pin intersects the rotating component for the entire 360 degrees.  I broke the links to the external files so I could return it as a F3D file.
