Cut access panel hole - without losing panel insert.

Hi folks,
Just started with fusion. Loving it so far, but I have run into a bit of a snag. I have a cone shape I made, and I want to add a hole for an access panel. But I dont want to lose the panel piece when I cut the hole, because its a perfect fit. It took a few failed attempts before figuring out how to actually get the hole, but how do I keep the cutout piece?
Thanks for any advice.

Please attach your model for the best answer.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.

You did not attach your model so I created a body similar in shape to you attached screen captures and then created a video of the process.  You still need to attach your model so I can be sure the process will also work on your model.  It is always important to attach your model when asking questions about it.  You get better answers and much quicker also.

If this answers your question, please select the "Accept Solution" on my post. If you need further help, please ask.

Thankyou @jhackney1972,
I actually just managed to figure it out, I'm really loving fusion, very intuitive!!!
For anyone else seeing this in the future:  Copy the Body & paste as a 2nd body. After some trial and error I then realised I needed to click 'isolate' to unlink the two bodies. I then used Extrude > Intersect on one and Extrude > Cut on the other.
I then also learned that when you export a file from Fusion it exports the currently selected Body, so by selecting Body1 > Export and Body2 > Export I have two STL files.
