Please help I have tried multiple methods but can not reproduce this chafer hole to the specs above.
Custom chamfer angle and length.

Here is the chamfer using the smaller dimensional values. 3.07 diameter hole, 3.5 diameter at top of chamfer (outside) and .35 for depth of chamfer. Model attached.
Making a guess, you are probably not taking the chamfer top diameter difference from the bore and dividing by two.
