Curved Line

I have a very simple, and hopefully not dumb, question. Is there a simple way to create a curved line like that in Sketch (mac program for graphic design) or Inkscape? In those programs, any line can be converted into a sketch by clicking any point on the line and dragging it. I would eventually like to import a picture into Fusion, sketch out the outline of the object with basic lines, further refine it by clicking the dragging the points of the lines to move them and make curves, and then extrude it. Any ideas anyone? Thanks a bunch.

Sure,

Import the picture, using Insert menu,

create a sketch, on the image position,

use lines, splines, arcs and circles to trace the image, and then extrude when sketch is finished.

Should get you started.

So there is no way to make a curve out of a straight line then? Meaning, sketch it straight, then modify by putting a curve in it

Thanks for the reply btw

Spline - two endpoints.

Then drag the fit points or Handles on the fit points.

Add Fit Points as needed.
