curvature settings for loft rails changed back to connected

I'm trying to figure out why the curvature setting for the rails in this loft won't stay set.  I will set them, exit out og the command, and when I go back to edit the setting has gone back to connected.  see the loft in attached example model.  @jeff_strater   is this a bug?

yes, @laughingcreek , it is.  Here is one report of it:  loft-rails-not-holding-tangency .  The bug has been fixed in our development version, but has not made it out to the world yet.
