Hey team,

Is Ctrl + Shift + S still working, or was the "Recovery Created Successfully" notification text lost in the UI update?

When I check this directory:

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login

I can see the auto save happening, but ctrl + shift + s has no effect on the files in that folder, so it appears the functionality has been killed off or just forgotten about in the UI update.

It should be working.

I saved a box, then made an edit and used ctrl + shift + s.

I used task manager to get process ID and then killed the process.

On relaunch i had recover dialog to get back model with the edit done post cloud save.

It's working fine for me. I just created a design and a recovery save successfully.

The message is gone, along with about a dozen other messages that used to display near the top. The functionality remains. Not sure why you are seeing the results you describe, and we also haven't heard any complaints lately. Please let me know if you crash and don't find a recovery file after using ctrl+shift+s.

@scottmoyse  Think you're looking in the wrong place should be here according to this page Edit and from my test it seems to work.

Windows:
C:\users\<username>\APPDATA\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<GUID>\CrashRecovery

Also think the file need to be changed from the last recovery save as well.

Where should I be able to find the recovery file in the user profile folders? I'll test crashing out

Ooh, this looks interesting. May I ask exactly what it does? Saves the current document in the recovery area instead of making a new version in the real document? Hmm, that seems useful.

Removing the message in this case creates a poor experience for that command... I know it's effectively undocumented, but there should be some kind of micro-interaction which gives the user a clue that the command they just executed had an effect.

To confirm, I can see this is working thanks to the folder location shared by @HughesTooling without having to crash out of Fusion.
