Creating internal tapered tube (f3d attached)

Good afternoon, 

 

Could anyone advise if there is a way to create this internal taper, so that the bottom part is at the inner circle of sketch2 (indicated by red arrow). Currently I can do it by trial and error, adjusting the draft angle to -1.5 degrees, but I think there may be a better way.

Seems @jeff_strater and @g-andresen had the same idea, thank you both. I tried that myself and it works and is easy to remember 🙂

 

I'll look at the revolve method, but honestly I'm best not confusing myself!
