Creating hub and strut solid object from 3D sketch

I imported a 3D dome sketch from a .dxf file (attached).

I want to create a hub and spoke object from the sketch.

I can select each line and create a pipe for that line but it is a very slow process since they need to be selected and created individually.

Can I select all the lines and turned them in to pipes at the same time?

Is there a better way to create a hub and spoke model from this design?

HI,

Sorry I don't know enough to answer your question specifically and don't fully understand what you want.

I had a quick look at our file. There is no need to import something as basic that into Fusion do it directly using Sketches. at least Fusion knows what's going on and using it's native processes.
