Creating a 2 part mold via Combine-Cut failing

I'm trying to create a 2 part mold and for some reason my final step is failing and I don't know why (I've attached the f3d project file).  The Cavity part of the mold is fine.  The Core part of the mold is almost there.  The only step remaining is cutting the shape of the "ESC box" (tool body) from the Core (target body).  F360 is tossing an error when I try to do a Combine->Cut.

This has worked before on a very similar project.  There are 2 differences in this project, but I can't fathom how they'd make a difference:

1). I'm trying to keep the shape and positions of some of the cutouts in the "ESC box".  I'm hoping it will help me in the final product because I'm not that good at "measuring twice, cut once" 🙂

2) The top 6mm on the Cavity portion was done via chamfers rather than the the other longer, more convoluted way in previous projects.

Any ideas?
