Create hole pattern

Hi,

more and more often I run into situations where I need to create a hole pattern like the attached picture. Fusions pattern tools don't seem to be able to do this. Any suggestions?

I have made such things before . Do you have accurate numbers of that Holes and accurate dimensions .

The solution from @sanket223.patil works, it has just to man steps. In addition if a line is not a part of a profile, it should be transformed in a construction line. This is easier to read and selecting things is nicer, too.

Thanks both. I think this could be something fusion could offer as a pattern choice, my primary cad package has it. However both your solutions work well and I appreciate the time you took to show me.
