Accepted solution
Your model contains errors - all peripheral faces (including cutouts) must be perpendicular to the face of the sheet metal. The extrudes you made on the bends do not meet this condition - look carefully at the model. You can create such cutouts by sketching crosswise arcs and edges perpendicular to them, and then Extrude along the long edges of the sheet metal.

You can draw and dimension the sketch geometry as you wish, but it must be perpendicular.
